Autonomous support agent for engineering teams

The Productlane Agent answers from your help center and your product data, files what it cannot answer in Linear, and tells the customer once it ships.

Free yourself from the routine

The routine is the answer you've typed fifty times, and the bug report you copy into Linear by hand. The agent takes both. What's left is the work only you can do.

A continuous loop between customer and code

  1. 01

    A customer writes to support

An email, a live chat, or a Slack message lands as one thread in your inbox.

  2. 02

The agent answers from your docs

Every reply is grounded in your help center, so the answer matches what you actually shipped.

  3. 03

The rest becomes a Linear issue

The agent files the bug or the request itself, linked back to the customer who raised it.

  4. 04

The issue turns back into code

Triage rules hand it to your coding agent, so a pull request is often open before you reply.

  5. 05

Your code writes the help center

The docs agent reads merged pull requests and closed issues, then drafts the article for review.

Access control down to the column

You point the agent at a read-only connection, then grant it the exact columns it may query. Every other column stays masked, so a billing answer is drawn from the four fields you shared. The list shows one live row, so you see the governed answer before a customer asks for it.

Answers pulled from your own systems

Each reply here needs something the help center cannot give it: a row in your database, a session replay, or open Linear work.
